For the past 10 years, I've been studying users, systems, and their context. I've led both functional and technical stakeholders in designing in a user-centric way, ensuring that each solution is tailored to real needs. I’ve contributed to delivering design systems that drive meaningful and satisfying user experiences.

The main challenge is to lead project stakeholders through a process that is frequently unknown by them. My interventions start with a first meeting with functional and technical collaborators in order to clarify our goals, explain how they will be operated during the design process, and agree on a timeline planification.
