Sales Cockpit

During the workshops with functional stakeholders we identified the 3 main scenarii of a Sales typical day that need to be adress in the Sales Cockpit: Visualizing his own performance, having access to a summarized "to do list", being able to focus quickly this tool on one special client.

It was a colossal challenge to cover all the Sales needs in unique solution. Despite everything we succeeded presenting in priority what a Sales would need to see at the beginning of the day, and even deliver his performance information with a nice touch of gamification.
